Black Voices in American Art

In an effort to expand access to Reynolda's exceptional collection of American Art, this online gallery serves as a preview of a future pop up exhibit, "Black Voices in American Art." Community partners such as libraries, schools, and healthcare facilities are invited to host this traveling display at no cost. The exhibition features works by Black artists in the museum’s permanent collection that address themes of identity and memory in America. This project was inspired by the exhibit "Still I Rise: The Black Experience at Reynolda" which was made possible in part by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
